    <content type="html">&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Watching ASMR on youtube is a pleasant and productive past-time for me. It seems far more productive than wasting time on social media, with the exception of this journal. &lt;br /&gt;Just like journaling, ASMR is a form of therapy. It teaches me about the here and the now. To be fully present with a sense of stillness.
